Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are hiring for the position of Senior Site Engineer – Passenger Terminal for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves overseeing site execution of passenger terminal building works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for passenger terminal buildings.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams at site.
• Monitor project progress and support schedule adherence.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Support resolution of site issues, technical queries, and design clarifications.
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress updates.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in building construction, preferably airport passenger terminals.
• Strong experience in site execution and coordination.
• Experience on airport terminal or large public infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
