Senior Services Sales Enablement Program Manager
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Own the enablement roadmap for services + Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources maximizing existing platforms such as Showpad. + Develop and maintain a library of sales tools and templates to support the sales process. + Work with services Product Management and Sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for account teams. + Conduct regular workshops and webinars to keep teams updated on product offerings and sales strategies. + Design and implement enablement programs for distributors and partners. + Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the channel is well-equipped to sell our services. + Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers. + Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information and resources. + Develop and monitor key indicators of sales effectiveness. + Collaborate with sales operations to deploy sales coaching standard processes. + Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency. **Who You Are:** You deliver outcomes through structure: clear plans, crisp execution, and clean follow-through. You anticipate future trends and implications accurately. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + 7+ years of experience in services sales enablement, training, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior program management position. + Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives. + Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred. + Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. + Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. + English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills. **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
