Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Services Manager to join the team in Melbourne.
ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER
As the Senior Services Manager you will join a larger project team and will be involved in coordinating and overseeing the full range of services trades and all the interaction and communication between the design consultants, stakeholders and relevant subcontractors in conjunction with the construction team. This will include the areas of mech/elec/fire/hydraulic/plumbing/security,etc covering design development through the planning and construction phases to commissioning and handover.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or Mechanical engineering or trade background in ME ServicesExperienced working on Data Centre ProjectsAustralian Driver’s LicenseMinimum 10 years experience as a Services or Project Manager in Building ServicesDemonstrated commercial/financial acumen.Strong ability to drive and motivate consultants and contractors to achieve quality and project milestones.Known for strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and clear communication.Comfortable working collaboratively in diverse teams, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a strategic focus.Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. These may include a national criminal history check and for you to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screen.
