As Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Information Technology and Security teamLeads ServiceNow services, processes and technologies to design and integrate leading-edge, business-critical solutions for mission critical, enterprise-wide solutionsSupports creating the overall roadmap, shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption, and facilitates execution of efforts that will drive forward platform strategy in a timely mannerConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, FSM, etc.) to meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrationsBuild custom applications and extend existing functionality on the ServiceNow platformEnsure platform performance, scalability, and maintainability.Participate in design sessions and provide technical input on new features and integrationsMaintain documentation for solutions, processes, and configurationsPartner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsSupport platform upgrades and new feature implementationsContinuously track ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trendsPromotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of careMaintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final RulePerforms other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.10+ years ServiceNow development/configuration experience.Proven Success with ITSM, HRSD, FSM or other Service Now ModulesExperience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models and best practicesProven success on projects with large-scale deployments of ServiceNowFamiliarity with ITIL processesAbility to travel up to 10% within the USSit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
