Join us! **Job Description:** The **Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer** isresponsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of software development projects with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. Works on multiple projects and development efforts and provides technical and architectural guidance on complex initiatives and works closely with on-shore and off-shore resources. This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies. **Responsibilities:** + Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of the modules supporting ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities. + Design, Create, and Maintain reporting inclusive of Platform and Performance Analytics, Process Mining, and KRIs, KPIs, and Control Metrics both at a process/workflow and Operational perspectives. + Develop Interactive Dashboards, Widgets, Workspaces. + Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Business Rules, Scripts, ACLs, Groups and Roles + Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Netcool, Kafka, etc.) + Assist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows. + Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs. + Oversee the integration of information into the CMDB from ServiceNow Discovery and APIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency. + Utilize your experience in creating APIs to establish seamless communication between ServiceNow and other systems. + Design and implement robust APIs that contribute to efficient data exchange. + Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery + Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality + Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt + Guides the team on work breakdown and execution + Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria + Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team + Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices) **Required Qualifications:** + Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM applications with at least 5+ years of hands on experience + 7+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer + 5+ years of experience working in the Discovery module of ServiceNow + Proficiency with API development (SOAP OR REST) + Proficient in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methodologies + Expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Angular JS or React JS + Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience with complex and global projects **Desired Qualifications:** + Very strong analytical skills + ITIL Foundations certified or higher preferred + B.S. in Computer Science or similar **Skills:** + Automation + Influence + Result Orientation + Stakeholder Management + Technical Strategy Development + Architecture + Business Acumen + Risk Management + Solution Delivery Process + Solution Design + Agile Practices + Analytical Thinking + Collaboration + DevOps Practices **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
