Work Schedule: Hours Vary Monday - Friday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm overtime and rotating weekends may be required

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a floater for the logistics team by providing coverage for various courier routes  in  Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westchester, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Lomita, Harbor City, San Pedro, Wilmington, Carson, Gardena, Inglewood, Compton, Long Beach, Lynwood, South Gate, Huntington Park, Whittier, East LA, West LA, South Central, Hollywood, Glendale Cudahy, Bell, Bell Gardens, DowneyDeliver on‑route training, coaching, and support for new couriers/driversAssist with dispatch tasks and pickups when requiredLoad all necessary supplies needed for daily pickup routesComplete the daily pickup schedule efficiently and on timeDeliver all collected items to your assigned branch at the end of each shiftHandle specimens and lab samples safely and in compliance with all protocols and regulationsOperate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policiesUse handheld electronic devices to manage, document, and track daily pickupsCommunicate closely with the dispatcher regarding additional or urgent pickupsAdjust to traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

No experience or education required

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years or more experience as a driver or medical courier 1 year or more experiences Customer service

LabCorp company is seeking a Senior Service Representative / Courier II to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $35.00 per hour

Plus 2nd shift differentials

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
