Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $23/hr Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Back Office Operations. The Specialist is to join our Managed Product Services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal requests and involves processing high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict SLAs. Key Responsibilities Receive and process requests related to account setups, changes, closings, and transfers. Create and manage tickets in AWS and other internal systems; index tickets to appropriate teams. Ensure accuracy and compliance when handling financial products such as mutual funds, equities, and securities. Maintain and update spreadsheets; generate pivot tables and basic macros as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in cross-training opportunities. Uphold SLA commitments (typically 24 hours or 4 hours for priority tasks). Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 6 months of banking operations experience (back office preferred; front office acceptable with training). Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, data manipulation). Ability to work in a high-volume environment (team processes approx. 500–600 requests daily). Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with AWS ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of financial products (registered/non-registered accounts, mutual funds, securities).
