Trane is excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and experienced **Service Technician – Chillers & HVAC** to join our team. In this critical field-based role, you will:
1. **Work with Advanced Chiller & HVAC Systems** • Commission and service a wide range of chillers and HVAC equipment across customer sites.
2. **Develop and Apply Technical Expertise** • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment while performing timely PPM activities and system RCA.
3. **Build Strong Customer Relationships** • Conduct customer follow-ups, attend scheduled meetings, and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
4. **Collaborate and Support Team Operations** • Coordinate with Service Coordinators on manpower needs, movement planning, and parts requirements.
5. **Champion Quality, Safety & Documentation** • Uphold EHS standards, participate in weekly team reviews, and provide accurate daily and monthly reporting.

**Where is the work: Gurgaon**
**What will you do:**
As a Service Technician, you will perform service excellence through commissioning, repair, customer engagement, and operational coordination. Responsibilities include:
• Commissioning of chiller and HVAC systems.
• Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
• Conducting customer follow-ups and attending scheduled service meetings.
• Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for technician movement and parts planning.
• Leading weekly team meetings focused on safety, site audits, and backlog review.
• Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans and progress.
• Handling and resolving complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment.
• Carrying out timely PPM activities as per company SOP.
• Performing RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.
• Ensuring full compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Managing all customer service requirements efficiently.
• Generating leads during field service visits.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality completion of service tasks.
• Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.
• Sharing service reports with the deployer, including parts requirements.
• Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.
• Following all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
• Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
• Operating MS Office, internet tools, and email for daily documentation and communication.

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC equipment.
• Practical hands-on experience in commissioning, service, and repair of chillers.
• Ability to use MS Office, email, and internet applications effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a coordinated field team.
• Commitment to safety, EHS compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
• Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Minimum **5+ years** of on-site experience working on chillers.
• Strong technical expertise in chiller operations and HVAC systems.
