About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Technical SEO Lead to join our Digital Experience team—a cross-functional group responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer journey through CX, UX/UI design, web content strategy/governance, and web editing.
This is a senior-level role for an SEO expert who thrives on collaboration, takes a strategic approach to search optimization, and knows how to turn technical insights into measurable outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in improving organic visibility, ensuring site health, and embedding SEO best practices across our digital properties.
You’ll work closely with web editors, content strategists, UX designers, developers, and product teams to shape SEO strategy from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the technical SEO strategy across all digital properties, aligning efforts with content, design, and platform roadmapsConduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, page performance, and structured data implementationPartner with UX, CX, content, and development teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated into site design, content creation, and platform enhancementsDefine and uphold SEO governance standards to ensure scalable and consistent optimization practicesDevelop SEO measurement frameworks, track KPIs, and report on performance to cross-functional stakeholdersIdentify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, crawl errors)Provide SEO support and guidance for site migrations, redesigns, and A/B testing initiativesStay current on SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging technologies—proactively adapt strategies as neededWhat we are looking for
Qualifications
Required:
5–7 years of experience in technical SEO, with proven success driving organic growth in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsExpertise in site architecture, crawling/indexing behavior, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and mobile-first SEOStrong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and how code impacts search engine visibilityExperience with enterprise-level SEO tools—BrightEdge (preferred) or similar platformsProficient in Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and related toolsStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience leading cross-functional collaboration with content, UX, dev, and product teamsPreferred:
Experience in B2B and/or enterprise-level websitesFamiliarity with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress)Understanding of content governance and editorial processes in large organizationsWhat’s In It for You
