Senior Seller Manager - Supply Chain Strategy
Amazon Now is scaling rapidly across India, and selection is the primary lever to win and sustain customer preference in Quick Commerce. This role owns the selection strategy charter as a business development growth driver, translating customer, store, and competitive insights into scalable assortment models that unlock new selection pools, premiumization opportunities, and durable competitive advantage. You will define how the supply chain strategy works and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement programs. You will operate with a strong hypothesis-driven mindset, setting mechanisms that convert strategy into fast execution across Category, Product, Marketing, Instock, Supply Chain, and Tech, while also enabling sellers with data-backed guidance to deploy inventory more efficiently and sustainably as the network expands.
Key job responsibilities
Define and own seller-level supply chain strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working with stakeholder to ensure they execute on the said strategy and continuous improvement plan.
Conduct deep dive into performance of sellers from supply chain POV and ensure that opportunities for continuous improvement are identified.
Help define raodmap for tech required by sellers for managing supply chain.
