We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in network security, Cloud and modern Zero Trust architectures.
This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade Network security solutions while ensuring high availability and resilience of critical business services. The candidate should be hands-on with leading security platforms and capable of supporting incident response during business-critical situations.
• Support and drive Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation across enterprise environments
• Participate in periodic health check / review of existing technology implementation and Zscaler Infrastructure components
• Support existing operational tasks including attending to Problem tickets, Incidents assigned to relevant support queues
• Provide expert troubleshooting for complex connectivity and security issues across hybrid enterprise networks.
• Act as technical lead and represent the team during Sev-1/critical incident calls, ensuring timely resolution
• Deliver on-call support during IST hours
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of security policies and controls
• Document designs, configurations, and playbooks for knowledge sharing and operational excellence
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a strong security culture within the teamEngage with CSO architecture team on projects and Technology requests

QualificationsEducation & Skill
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Security or equivalent experience in technology
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Familiarity with cloud security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Relevant certifications (PCNSE, ZCCA-IA, CISSP, CCSP, etc.)
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collective success
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Work Expérience :
• 5-7 years of minimum experience in Networking and Network Security Domain
• Experience in supporting and implementing next gen Network Security solutions
• Understanding of security controls and how they are used to prevent and detect Advanced threats
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (NGFW), Prisma Access, and Zscaler Zero Trust solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network/security issues in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during high-severity incident calls
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of SNMP, Syslog and other measures used to check health and wellness of large systems
