The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. **Overview:** The Senior Security Control Specialist is responsible for supporting access control across the enterprise, to include badge/access provisioning, clearance code management, and audit support (M-F, 10a-6p). Supports direct engagement with firm stakeholders to ensure approved access in support of projects, special events, and new office concepts. Additional responsibilities include console coverage and operation of the 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) as needed. This role includes the possibility of overtime, to include shift coverage as needed. **Key Responsibilities** : + Operates the security access control system; conducts access control audits, makes changes to security and time codes, and creates new or replacement badges. + Prepares access control badges for Financial Advisor Training and special events. + Provides expertise in GSOC equipment and software, optimizing the team's use of systems. + Prepares dashboards and reports for trending and analysis of data to keep the organization informed, improve performance and ensure efficient use of resources. + Assists in development and implementation of security initiatives, processes and programs. + Collects security related information for dissemination to leadership and security team members responding to routine, urgent and emergent calls for service. + Manages calls for service from Branch and HQ associates and facilitates a rapid response from Security team members. + Monitors, acknowledges and responds to fire and security alarms. + Monitors video and responds to noted discrepancies. + Operates the VOIP multi-campus radio system and facilitates communication to and between Security team members and other users. Manages calls for service, assigns work and dispatches Security Officers. + Responsible for making appropriate emergency pages, key notifications and alerting emergency services (911). + Attends training; maintains job-specific certifications, actively participates in field or classroom training exercises and meets or exceeds minimum training standards. + Maintains current and accurate knowledge of emergency procedures. + Accountable for submitting accurate documentation; uses correct forms, writes legibly, uses proper spelling and grammar and submits timely, accurate, understandable, and error-free information. College degree in related field preferred. + 3-years of relative experience with increasing levels of responsibility + Knowledge or experience in a fast-paced security control or operations center environment. + Must be able to type 30 WPM + Effective written and verbal communications with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Must have significant knowledge acquired through previous experience, certification or specialized training in GSOC operations, physical security systems, badging/access control, lock/key programs, audit reporting support, radio dispatch communications and emergency management + ProWatch software, visitor management systems, video review and access control reporting experience (preferred) + Working knowledge of door hardware classifications and key management systems (preferred). Please note: + This role requires the associate to work 100% onsite at the St. Louis Headquarters location, primarily north campus. + Working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday- Friday, with some coverage of GSOC as needed.
