Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Scrum Master** in Charlotte, NC. **Job Role and Responsibility:** Provide design, development, testing, and production support through the entire software development life cycle and within application layers (i.e. presentation, business logic, and data); develop, implement, and integrate new capabilities to improve customer/employer experiences; support the Customer Excellence Enterprise function, serving the Conduct Management line of business as well as other business functions that input, research, and investigate conduct allegations for case management solutions; facilitate Agile processes within the team with cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, and maintenance work; follow generally accepted Agile practices and daily activities in order to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each cycle; deliver capabilities using Agile practices while also following the development life cycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure that all risk, security, and development requirements are met; communicate delivery of work products and escalate key risks and issues; address systemic impediments to team agility and guide the team on escalation methods when needed to prevent challenges from becoming project road blocks; use empirical data to help the team assess their Agile maturity; optimize team velocity to organizational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance; identify skills and competencies of team members and make adjustments to promote team development; and partner with product owners to ensure the continuous refinement of backlogs.
