Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities: * Possess Agile knowledge and expertise on tools, ceremonies, and practices * Facilitate all required agile ceremonies, including but not limited to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives * Senior Scrum Master will collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear user stories * Managing and delivering projects to specifications using a defined development process and delivering within budget and timeline * Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and principles * Ensure the successful delivery of projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement * As a Senior Scrum Master, you will act as a liaison between the scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity * Develop and manage an integrated project roadmap, tracking key achievements, dependencies, and critical paths
