Job Title: Senior Scientist Antibody Engineering
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $63 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM M-F 

Responsibilities:
Expertise in antibody and protein engineering, who will help development of bi- and multi-specific antibodies in designing, producing, and evaluating engineered antibodies. Applying molecular biology expertise to design new bi- and multi-specific antibody Producing engineered antibodies panel through mammalian expression and purification Performing in vitro cell-handling experiments, including cell transfection, and cell transduction with viral vectors Running and troubleshooting assays, including ELISA, FACS, Western blotting, qPCR Collaborating with TFA groups to align on fit-for-purpose engineered antibody designs and coordinating cross-departmental research objectives Analyzing and presenting data at group and departmental meetings, and maintaining records in electronic lab notebooks Requirements: Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, or a related field, or an MS with 3-6 years of relevant experience.  A strong record of innovation and research accomplishments in the field of antibody/protein engineering or flow-based bioassay  Experience in working with mammalian cells, FACS and various cell/molecular techniques (transfection, RNA/protein analysis, immunostaining)  Strong background in with cell-based assays and FAC Experiences molecular biology with DNA cloning, protein production and purification  You have strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
