Main Job Purpose:
The Manager is responsible for leading SC transformation and food SC operation
Key Accountabilities:
· Lead foods factory/ Procurement to deliver service/ cost/ Innovation while secure safety/quality standard
· Develop & Lead Execution of long-term food supply chain strategic plans , aligned with Business Objectives
and Priorities
· Collaborate with 1UL APAC team with a nice
· Coordinate export program from SC end to support overall export program, support to identify additional
export opportunities including the export SC/ technology design and execution.
· Propose, agree with Category Technology and implement the necessary capital investments to meet the
planned production requirements, safety, environmental and cost targets
· Support HR policy deployment and implementation on sites, keeping strong employee engagements &
relations.
· Ensure effective local stakeholder management and community issues aligned with Unilever policies
· Lead on initiatives and projects aiming for sites integration and collaborative work along the extended supply
chain
· Be the statutory head of factory where there is a legal separation

Experience Required:
ESSENTIAL
· 8- 10 Years experience in Supply Chain (Make/Technology, SHE, Quality are must, additionally Plan, R&D an
advantage)
· Proven expertise in Innovation, Technology, and Project Management, with a strong track record of driving
impactful initiatives.
· Extensive experience in factory operations within Unilever, with a preference for backgrounds in food
manufacturing environments.
· Skilled in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and Innovation Planning, ensuring seamless
integration of new products into supply chains.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Import and Export operations, including regulatory compliance and logistics
coordination.
· Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to align operational goals with long-term business
objectives.
