We are currently seeking a seasoned SAP Program Manager to oversee multiple SAP implementations and integrations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions. **Your role and responsibilities** Lead and manage multiple SAP programs and projects from conception through to completion. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business strategy. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, utilizing risk management tools and techniques. Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure quality control by overseeing testing phases, managing defects, and ensuring all project deliverables meet the required standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, IT departments, and external vendors. Collaborate with SAP consultants and business process owners to define and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs. Monitor project performance, measuring success against defined metrics and KPIs. Mentor and guide less experienced project managers and team members. Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes within the organization. **Required technical and professional expertise** An advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline would be an asset. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in an SAP environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations or transformations. Strong understanding of SAP solution modules, particularly PP, APO, IBP. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
