**Introduction**
Key Responsibilities
*
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP programs (e.g. S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, SAC).
*
Own project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk & issue management.
*
Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting.
*
Manage cross-functional delivery teams including SAP functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change resources.
*
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, executives, vendors, and system integrators.
*
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
*
Drive dependency management across business, technology, and third-party workstreams.
*
Oversee testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
*
Proactively manage change, issues, and risks to minimise business disruption.
*
Ensure projects comply with organisational, security, and regulatory standards.
*
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP programs and projects across our enterprise and client environments. This role is responsible for end-to-end project governance, stakeholder management, and successful execution of SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*
8+ years’ experience delivering SAP projects, including at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
*
Proven experience managing large, complex programs with budgets in the multi-million-dollar range.
*
Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and integration points.
*
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and business leaders.
*
Extensive experience managing systems integrators and offshore/onshore delivery models.
*
Strong financial management, reporting, and forecasting skills.
*
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
*
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Technical & Methodology Experience
*
SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC implementations and migrations.
*
SAP Activate methodology (preferred).
*
Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
*
Data migration, integration (PI/PO, CPI), testing strategies, and cutover planning.
*
Project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
*
Strong understanding of SAP security, roles, and compliance impacts (desirable).
