WHAT YOU’LL DO

Design, configure, and support SAP ECC FI/CO solutions, with strong focus on IS Retail.Ensure smooth integration with SD and other modules to support end-to-end retail processes.Manage and optimize POS Inbound interfaces within SAP ECC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.Provide functional expertise, documentation, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.Drive improvements by leveraging best practices and contributing to continuous innovation.

You’ll be working with a global team of SAP experts, retail business stakeholders, and technical teams across H&M Group. Together, you’ll support and evolve SAP solutions that enable seamless business operations and customer experiences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

More than 6 years’ experience in the design, principles, and configuration of SAP ECC FI/CO.Strong knowledge and proven experience in integration with SD.Expertise in SAP ECC IS Retail processes.Hands-on experience with SAP ECC POS Inbound interface.Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

And people who are…

Strong team players, but also able to work independently.Highly driven with excellent delivery capacity and a willingness to evolve.Curious, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving retail business processes.

Preferred / Optional:

Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
