Let's create, join the leader! **Your role and responsibilities** Our SAP Service Line is a dynamic team who engages with clients to bring them deep industry expertise. As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries. Your primary responsibilities include: - Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. - Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S4Hana. - Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 5 years experience in SAP End-to-End implementation, roll-out, support, upgrade, or optimization projects. * Deep knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance processes like Preventive Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process. * Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service processes, such as In-house or On-site repair, Warranty claims, Installed base management. * Hands-on experience with configuration of the organizational and master data, Equipment/Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point and Counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans. * Working with business users to define the scope and gather business requirements providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs. * Understanding new business strategies providing recommendations for automated solutions. * Writing functional specifications for the development of custom programs. * Testing and rollout of the final product. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * English and Bulgarian proficiency. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience or knowledge in the touchpoints between SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service with other functional areas, like * Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Quality management, Human Resources and Organizational Management. * SAP S/4HANA experience or certifications. * Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. * Willingness to learn new technical skills. * Bachelor’s Degree. * German or Romanian language is a plus.
