Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Consultant to join our SAP IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, rollout and support of SAP Order to Cash processes across the Mobility Aftermarket business division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements (R/3 as well as S/4).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions.Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements.Integrate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM, and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms).Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SAP consultants or analysts.Document processes, enhancements and project-related artifacts.Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc).Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skillsAbility to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutionsAbility to communicate assertively to ensure clarity, alignment and timely decision makingQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Business administration, Engineering or related field.10+ years of hands-on SAP SD / O2C experience in R/3 and S/4 environments.Strong knowledge of SAP SD module: pricing, order management, delivery, invoicing, credit management, returns, etc.Experience in full SAP lifecycle implementations and support.Experience integrating with SAP FI and MM modules.Understanding of EDI, IDocs, and third-party interfaces.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SD certification.Experience in global SAP rollouts.Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.Experience working with a global team.
