We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI). 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution adviseProvide operation guidance when is neededCooperation with related teams include IT and bizStudy and practice, contribution in AI Operation

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics5+ years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations; Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI)ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plusFluent English and excellent learning ability, familiar with Chinese will be betterStrong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skillsWillingness to work in shifts when required
