Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** A Senior SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI)and Controlling (CO) solutions to support business processes in accounting, financial reporting, and cost management. This role requires deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and the ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams to drive digital transformation. **Required technical and professional expertise** Education & Certification * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology. * SAP FICO certification is a plus. Technical Skills * Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules: * FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA). * CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO) and Product Costing (CO-PC). * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. * Knowledge of tax configuration, bank integrations, and electronic payments. * Understanding of ABAP debugging, SAP BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage. * Solid understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.). Experience * Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO across implementation, support, or consulting roles. * Proven experience in end-to-end SAP FICO project implementations (full project lifecycle). Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments. * Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN). * Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting.
