About your manager

Roman Šťáhlavský leads our Technology Consulting team for the SAP area. He has been working in consulting since 1997 and has worked on many projects for both Czech and international clients. When he is not working, he is probably playing as a bass guitarist with his band.

Job description & summary

Due to growing demand for SAP Implementation and Consulting, we are seeking experienced SAP FI/CO consultants. Join our Technology Consulting team and take part in large, highprofile projects on local and European markets. Expect attractive projects, modern technology solutions, and excellent leadership. 

Work across the full project lifecycle: design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications - S/4HANA, FI/CO 

Lead Fit to Standard workshops with stakeholders. 

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. 

Ensure quality assurance of development in clients’ SAP environments. 

Communicate and collaborate proactively with customers. 

Coordinate assigned project teams and mentor junior colleagues. 

Contribute to new business development (upselling, presales, proposals). 

Requirements of the role

3+ years in a technology/consulting firm (consulting background preferred). 

Experience with SAP technologies and a proven track record in SAP implementations. 

Flexibility, ownership, reliability, independence. 

Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and multitasking. 

Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

Strong analytical and communication skills. 

Czech and English proficiency; German is a huge advantage.
