Responsibilities:

Able to work independently, as a part of global offshore delivery, in addition to supporting our counterpart with the Ariba solution, defining and validating requirements, completing impact assessments and functional designs, and supporting various testing phases. Communication with customers in requirement gatherings, hands-on Ariba design and config-uration, implementing leading best practices of Ariba solutions, including the Ariba cloud inte-gration gateway. Handle incidents, service requests, and minor changes for Ariba modules such as: Buying & Invoicing Sourcing Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Contracts Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Ariba interfaces and custom extensions. Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience in direct, indirect materials, services and procurement Support integration points between SAP Ariba and backend ERP (S/4HANA or ECC). Work with business users to understand pain points and propose support improvements. Collaborate with functional consultants, SAP Basis, and business users to analyse require-ments and translate into technical specifications. Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team-based environment.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba (multiple modules preferred). Proven SAP development experience (SAP Ariba APIs, SAP CPI, ABAP, BADI/BAPI). Deep knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and third-party systems. Experience with SAP Ariba implementation methodologies and project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
