**Job Description: Salesforce Technical Architect** **Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Technical Architect** with deep expertise across **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud** . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable, secure, and high-performing multi-cloud solutions while aligning technology decisions with business goals. This role requires a strong combination of architectural excellence, cross-cloud knowledge, integration strategy, and stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities** **Architectural Leadership** + Design and deliver **end-to-end Salesforce multi-cloud solutions** , integrating Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. + Define scalable architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards. + Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment. + Oversee solution integrity and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and platform guidelines. + Lead technical workshops, define solution roadmaps, and drive architectural decision-making. **Technical Expertise & Solution Design** + Architect secure, scalable integrations using **REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs** , Mulesoft, and other middleware platforms. + Optimize system performance, manage **governor limits** , and ensure design scalability. + Define and implement **security models** , including role hierarchy, sharing rules, SSO, OAuth, and data protection strategies. + Guide DevOps processes including **CI/CD pipeline setup** , release strategy, environment planning, and automated testing. + Collaborate closely with development teams, providing guidance on technical implementation and code quality. **Business Alignment & Stakeholder Management** + Partner with business leaders to translate marketing, sales, and service requirements into robust technical solutions. + Ensure solutions meet compliance standards such as **GDPR** and **CCPA** . + Drive stakeholder discussions, facilitate decision-making, and create high-quality architectural documentation. + Contribute to long-term Salesforce roadmap planning and enterprise architecture alignment. **Required Skills & Experience** + **12+ years** of Salesforce experience with demonstrated multi-cloud expertise. + Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures. + Strong knowledge of **data modeling** , **API strategy** , **integration patterns** , and **security architecture** . + Hands-on experience with **Marketing Cloud** , including journeys, automation, and personalization strategies. + Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, user management, and external identity. + Familiarity with **DevOps practices** , CI/CD tools, version control, and release orchestration. + Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. **Certifications (Required or Preferred)** + **Salesforce Certified Application Architect** (required) + **Salesforce Certified System Architect** (required) + **Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)** (preferred) + Additional certifications in Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud are a plus. **Preferred Attributes** + Ability to mentor technical teams and enforce best practices. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience in agile environments and large enterprise transformation programs. + Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
