Senior Salesforce System Administrator / Product Owner responsible for owning, configuring, and evolving the organization's Salesforce platform, with emphasis on integration and migration, especially within the Automotive Cloud. This role will support the shift from external implementation partners to internal ownership and help guide the organization through multiple phases of Salesforce adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the internal Salesforce SME, owning and managing the system post-implementation

Work alongside implementation partners during early phases, transitioning to internal ownership

Lead integration and migration efforts across eight planned program phases

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, development, analytics) to support configuration and minor customizations

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions

Support the transition of legacy applications into Salesforce

Eliminate long-term reliance on external vendors by upskilling internal teams

Utilize Automotive Cloud features for rental, leasing, fleet, and vehicle sales operations
