Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional software development team.
- Design and develop software applications from business requirements in collaboration with other team members.
- Support testing and remediate defects.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 1 year working in Health Cloud.- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows.- Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems.- Familiarity with healthcare data models and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Specialist.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:- Experience with Shield for encryption and enhanced security.- Knowledge of healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR.
