MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

○ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-7+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning
Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, JQueries to implement complex business requirements.Experience in developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component FrameworksGood understanding of best practices of coding standardsHave experience in the Salesforce domain and have deep understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Should be Salesforce Platform Certified – Preferably Admin, PDI, PDII, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities:As a Senior DeveloperUnderstands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.Leads the Technical design, development, implementation of technology and creative business solutions.You will be responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of robust Force.com solutions.You will be responsible for technically owning the solution and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures.You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts.Actively transfers knowledge throughout organization, participates in knowledge sharing projects to develop best practices, leads knowledge sharing sessions, and mentors’ junior staff and new hires.Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
