Senior Salesforce Administrator
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This role will be remote with occasional travel. Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and strategic use of our Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud platforms. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary admin for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud across multi-site support teams * Design and manage custom objects, flows, dashboards, and automation tools * Lead case management and omni-channel routing (voice, chat, SMS, email, social) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions * Guide stakeholders through build-outs and requirement gathering * Integrate third-party tools (e.g., Service Cloud Voice, Cisco Webex, AWS Connect) * Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance; Manage imports/exports * Mentor junior admins and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. Healthcare industry experience is a bonus
