As a Senior Sales Team Leader - Drill Bits, you will be responsible for: 

Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.

Analyzing and adapting to client conditions.

Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

Handling diverse clients in a region.

Handling country or large territories

To be successful in this role, you must: 

Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Geology

Have 7+ years of experience in Sales and Drill Bits

Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic field conditions
