**How you´ll make an impact**
+ Advise sales management on distributed customer sales information, market trends, sell-in, sell out and Edwards' historical sales data for development of strategies to achieve business development goals. Ensure sales insights for sales management, improving data driven decision process.
+ Lead in analyzing sales database (sell in, sell out, inventory) and other key metrics case outcomes by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses. Interpret analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and facilitate presentations on findings on trends (e.g. sales growth, market trends, sales mix, distributor performance, country performance) to distributors, sales management and internal stakeholder team.
+ Track monthly sales order in partnership with customer service, analyzing the results versus internal keep metrics such as sales monthly forecast and annual operation plan.
+ Interview and survey sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to provide guidance as part of strategic decisions.
+ Analyze Distributor chargeback/rebate claims; negotiate and provide solutions to resolve discrepancies with Distributors.
+ Support Indirect Markets governance team proving assistance in key process and during vacations and personal leaves.
+ Resolve complex Distributor issues and propose solutions to achieve desired sales results.
**What you will need**
+ Bachelor´s degree required
+ English intermediate level, Spanish is a plus
+ Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including Advance Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
