**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** + **Sales and Promotion:** Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, present product features and benefits, and demonstrate how devices meet customer needs. + **Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare settings. + **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of medical devices, staying updated on new technologies and competitive products. + **Customer Education:** Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of medical devices, often through presentations, demonstrations, and technical support. + **Sales Cycle Management:** Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and training. + **Territory Management:** Manage and develop a specific sales territory, meeting sales targets and reporting on sales progress. + **Technical Support:** Provide on-site technical support during surgical procedures or other medical applications. + **Market Awareness:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations.
