What You Can Expect + Achieve sales and margin objectives for cytology and molecular diagnostic products in your territory. + Identify and develop relationships with OB-GYNs, medical laboratory professionals, and key opinion leaders. + Plan, prepare, and conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and educational sessions. + Provide technical and clinical support to customers, including product training and troubleshooting. + Analyse market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities. + Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, regulatory, field services) to ensure seamless customer experience. + Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit timely reports on sales activities and market feedback. + Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and industry regulations. What We Expect + A bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. + Working experience within diagnostic sales experience, ideally with exposure to public hospital segments. + Proven ability to achieve sales and margin targets for diagnostic capital equipment and consumables. + Experience in delivering professional education or training to healthcare professionals. + Knowledge of laboratory cytology, molecular diagnostics, and clinical workflow is highly desirable. + Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team. + Accountability, initiative, and a commitment to compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
