Senior Sales Representative (Athletic and Sportswear Specialty) Malaysia

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Country Senior Sales Manager and is part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Sales team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless business execution. The position is based in Malaysia.

Key Qualifications:

Based in Malaysia (Office is in Selangor)

5 years of business experience, including account management, retail buying, or merchandising

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Strong knowledge of sports, athletic industry trends; apparel experience is a plus

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver compelling product presentations

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the growth and profitability of your account portfolio, driving engagement and delivering seasonal targets. You’ll lead Go-To-Market activities, manage in-season execution, and identify opportunities to elevate Nike’s presence across the market.

Core Responsibilities:

Partner with planning, marketing, finance, and operations to execute seasonal and in-season strategies

Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations to drive sell-in and sell-through

Develop accurate assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans to optimize sales

Ensure timely submission of orders and coordination of retail launch information

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels

Identify product opportunities and implement strategies that align with Nike’s vision

Champion retail elevation and share best practices across markets
