**As a Senior Sales Representative, Up Market Major Accounts (Hunter),** you’ll be responsible for driving net‑new business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50–999 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, full‑cycle sales ownership, and consultative selling at the executive level.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close
+ Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals
+ Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets
+ Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategy
+ Generate a strong, sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and market penetration
+ Sell ADP’s full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers
+ Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to forecast accurately and manage performance
+ Identify competitive threats and position ADP’s differentiated value to increase market share
+ Partner effectively with internal teams to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals

**What You Bring**
+ 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new‑business role
+ Proven success prospecting into the C‑suite and consistently achieving or exceeding quota
+ Strong discovery skills with the ability to challenge prospects and influence change
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills
+ Experience selling complex, consultative solutions
+ Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, or ADP competitors is an asset
+ Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team‑selling environment
+ Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
+ Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership presence
+ High school diploma required
+ Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is CAD $95,700.00 - CAD $145,700.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target. Commissions are based on several factors, including but not limited to individual targets and achievements, as well as company guidelines and plans.
