**Territory: West & Southwest Netherlands** **About the role** We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our **Joint Replacement division** , owning and developing the West & Southwest Netherlands territory. This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to a commercially driven professional who operates at advisor level with clinical customers and consistently delivers results in a target-driven environment. **Joint Replacement:** Joint Replacement | Stryker (https://www.stryker.com/it/en/portfolios/orthopaedics/joint-replacement.html) **Key responsibilities** + Own and grow the Joint Replacement business across the assigned territory + Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts + Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders + Provide expert product support and case coverage in theatre + Develop and execute structured territory business plans, including pipeline and forecasting + Position Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio through a consultative, value-led sales approach + Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a role model within the sales team + Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism **What we’re looking for** + 6+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices + Joint Replacement experience strongly preferred; related implants, trauma, sports medicine, or similar backgrounds considered + Proven track record of consistent performance + Strong understanding of the medical device environment and relevant regulations + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Fluent in English and Dutch + Valid driving licence **Education** + Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field **Working environment** This role requires regular travel within the West & Southwest Netherlands and frequent presence in operating theatres.
