**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
The **Senior Sales Representative** will manage parts of the **SNIPES** business alongside direct Sales colleagues and will report to the Sales Director for the SNIPES- & D-GROUP MPU. Daily interactions with senior stakeholders of the partner are to be expected. The internal relationships will be highly diverse and multifunctional, involving departments such as Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Retail Brand, Finance, Customer Finance, with some individuals dedicated to the account and others providing centralized support.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a Nike Senior Sales Rep to join the SNIPES & D-GROUP team, overseeing Women’s Sportswear for our Strategic Account SNIPES. Based in **EHQ Hilversum** , you will be responsible for leading the business with the partner to drive net revenue and profitable growth, delivering seasonal stories and the right assortment to serve our target consumer, and executing the GTM Code with the account.

Driven by the strategy to elevate and differentiate Sportswear in our marketplace, this role requires daily and direct interaction with the partner as well as with internal Nike stakeholders.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
In this role, you will be a co-owner of the customer relationship with your designated retail partner. You will be responsible for the mutually profitable, quantitative, and qualitative growth of the account. You will oversee the full business operations of the partner end-to-end, with growth being an outcome of continuous efforts to enhance the marketplace. Your objective is to provide the best possible retailer experience, both online and offline, to the consumer, thereby contributing to the Win Now strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
+ Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of the partner by managing the end-to-end business inclusive of in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the partner's results.
+ Own the Sell-in activities within the CODE process.
+ Plan the account's business with forecasts and scenario plans using consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge. Integrate efficiently and effectively in top-down and bottom-up targets in alignment with Financial and Assortment Planning, and finalise the plan with the partner.
+ Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks provided by merchandising and ensure the seasonal product flow.
+ Coordinate with Marketing and leadership in defining key seasonal stories and their execution from a partner marketing perspective.
+ Build a premium, seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Focus on product launch journeys across the account ecosystem.
+ Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure optimal presentation of stories and products at your account (digital and B&M) aligned with the Win Now Marketplace strategy.
+ Demonstrate expertise in complex commercial partnership management, driving goals independently through proactive problem-solving skills, and enhancing the collective team performance in dynamic conditions.
+ Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer teams at all levels of the business.
+ Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence, and collaboration with the partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visits, staff training, competitor knowledge, etc.) where relevant and within the T&E budget.
