You are an expert at transforming complex data into actionable insights and are excited by the challenge of building a critical business function and a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:CRM Strategy & Ownership: Own the strategic direction and administration of our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and developing a roadmap for its evolution to meet business needs.Sales Process Optimization: Lead the analysis and re-engineering of the end-to-end sales process to eliminate friction and drive significant efficiency gains. Design, implement, and govern scalable processes across the sales organization.Package Monetization: Lead monetization strategies for high-demand tentpole events and seasonal initiatives. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design sophisticated bundled offerings that drive superior value and market differentiation.Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting on key sales performance metrics. Deliver deep, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to accelerate revenue growth.Post-Sale Performance & Insights: Drive the analysis of placement and package performance, generating critical insights that inform future pricing, packaging, and product strategy. Present findings and strategic recommendations to Sales leadership.Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams on sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota-setting processes.Sales Technology Stack: Architect and manage the sales technology stack. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools to provide a competitive edge to the sales team.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key strategic partner to Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Product leaders, driving alignment and ensuring the successful execution of company-wide initiatives.Sales Enablement: Spearhead the development of comprehensive training programs and resources to onboard new sales hires and elevate the skills of the entire sales team.What You'll Need (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.6-8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar strategic role.Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus).Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $110,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
