Senior Sales Manager - Rail (Greater China)

Job Description

What you will be doing:

Sales Matters销售事宜

Overall responsibility for the sales of all RRS Group products for Rail

End-to-end responsibility for complete OE sales and coordinating aftermarket service.

Achieve the ambitious sales target in the challenging China Rail market

Develop, schedule, coordinate sales activities (until putting into commissioning of the product) for the assigned product line within the assigned region

Attend to sales calls, inquiries and complaints

Work out the commercial offer for the sales enquiries

为销售询价制定报价单

Negotiate sales orders/contracts with customers

Execute sales order, both technical and commercial matters

Monitor the market and update of customer data

Evaluate market statistics and comments on trends of sales and respective economic development

Prepare data for country reports

Prepare and conducting sales correspondence and reports

Monitor, control and replenishment of sales and projecting material

Develop reasonable and feasible after-sales service plans for customers based on local market conditions and the current status of service agents

Coordinate with the local MTU network team, after-sales service team, and service partners to provide customers with timely and reliable after-sales service plan

Application Engineering Matters应用工程事宜

Liaise with the application engineers for providing the technical support to the inquiries from the customers

Maintain and update product and application information

Technical presentations for customers

Project Matters项目事宜

Work on project matters, including matters on application engineering with RRS-FN and Gr. China for projects, if necessary

Engine Order Matters发动机订单事宜

Issue purchase order to Global Markets and internal sales order to involved departments as required

Coordinate with Order Processing personnel on necessary procedures, e.g. invoicing, shipments, delivery, etc., for the engine orders

Monitor and control on matters of Letter of Credit negotiation

监督和控制信用证议付事宜

Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Dept. for financial procedures

Back up support in the department

Work with CRRC's customers to lead and implement localization projects and achieve substantial progress.

Positions Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications

机械/船舶工程或相关专业学位/文凭,或具有同等学历

At least 7 years working experience with 5 years related to diesel engines / generator sales and minimum 3 years in managerial position

7年以上工作经验,其中5年以上柴油发动机/发电机销售相关工作经验,3年以上管理工作经验

Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares

Good knowledge of engine, awareness of relevant industries and competitors’ products
