The Senior Sales Manager sells and supports corporate/group business and/or Birthday events. You’ll execute targeted sales programs, close new business, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless, memorable experience. We are focused on delivering the absolute best in exhilarating, cutting edge Karting on indoor multilevel tracks, immersive multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, arcade fun, and amazing event spaces & restaurants, all in spotlessly clean venues staffed with warm & knowledgeable Team Members.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary client contact for all aspects of group events, including site inspections, lead qualification, menu selection, and contract execution Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless on-site event execution Represent AIKG at hospitality and trade events to promote brand visibility and generate leads Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional guest event experiences and handle recovery with professionalism and urgency Uphold the highest standards of product quality and service excellence Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients and guests to encourage repeat business Identify new business opportunities through targeted prospect research and analysis Build a strong pipeline by establishing contacts and developing relationships with potential clients Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive pre-sold business Always support the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Motto “Striving for Perfection: Achieving Excellence” QUALIFICATIONS   Required: Eligible to work in the U.S. At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic understanding of Marketing and Finance Energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence Preferred: 2+ years of senior management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen with proven ability to analyze data, assess performance, and drive profitability Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams at all levels Expertise in staff training, coaching, and professional development Solid understanding of cost control strategies and operational efficiency Benefits: Salary from $52,000 - $55,000 Earn 2% commission on every sale you close, plus a quarterly bonus equal to 1% of revenue exceeding budget targets for the entire Sales team AIKG has the BEST staff, so managers work with and lead motivated professionals!
