**Description:** At Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, the Senior Sales Manager plays a key role in driving group business for the West Coast geographic territory. This position is responsible for cultivating new opportunities, responding to inquiries with creativity and precision, and building lasting partnerships with group clients. From conducting site visits and crafting tailored proposals to negotiating contracts and managing accounts, the Senior Sales Manager ensures every detail contributes to a seamless client experience. Analyzing lost business trends is also part of the role, helping to shape future strategies and strengthen performance. Working closely with teams across the resort, the Senior Sales Manager develops and executes targeted sales plans designed to exceed revenue and room night goals.
