Job description

Be the heartbeat of Mama Shelter Dubai! As our senior sales manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our corporate market success, turning conversations into contracts and opportunities into long-lasting partnerships.

The mission Strategize & conquer: Develop and execute a killer sales plan targeting corporate giants, SMEs, and government organizations. Hunter & nurturer: Bring in new business opportunities while keeping our existing partners loyal and happy. Pitch perfect: Deliver sales calls, presentations, and meetings that dazzle, impress, and win trust. Closer extraordinaire: Negotiate and seal corporate deals that boost Mama's profitability while staying true to our DNA. Creative collaborator: Work with marketing and revenue teams to design irresistible corporate packages and promos. Market radar: Keep your eyes on trends, competitors, and opportunities and adjust strategies like a pro. Mama's ambassador: Represent Mama Shelter at trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions with charisma and style. Data guru: Provide sharp revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and reports to keep the leadership in the loop. Team coach: Guide junior sales team members, sharing wisdom and building a strong, collaborative culture.
