Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Saudi Arabian market Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia Contribute to the development of innovative sales approaches and best practices Qualifications Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and market dynamics Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools Passionate about sales with a customer-focused approach Visionary thinker with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, competitive environment Willingness to travel within the region as required Additional informationYour team and working environment:
