Mission

Drive profitable sales growth in line with the company’s Long Range Plan (LRP). Lead negotiations from RFQ to production, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the sales team to deliver financial and performance targets.



Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute sales strategies aligned with LRP and budget targets.
• Manage customer negotiations (piece price, tooling, ED&D) across all program phases.
• Secure new business awards and ensure profitability of existing programs.
• Support Sales Director in achieving financial targets for the Italian division.
• Manage and develop a small sales team, fostering performance and innovation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Operations and Program Management) to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
• Ensure monthly program overdue issues are resolved and financial reporting is aligned.




Requirements:
• 5–10 years’ international experience in a similar sales role, preferably in automotive.
• Proven track record in OEM account management (Stellantis experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial data analysis and commercial profitability.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Fluent English (any other languages ​​are an advantage). Italian at a communicative level.
• Flexible to travel; resilient, target-oriented, with a good sense of humor.
