As the Senior Sales Manager, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Selling to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process. Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&LHandles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.Handles diverse clients in a region.Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.Leads a department with large estimated orders.Handles local focus on Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have Bachelor’s engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university
. 4 years of experience at least as Drilling Completion and Fluids Service Delivery Manager In Saudi.
· Leadership and Management skills
· Have excellent leadership, great interpersonal, influencing and planning skill
· Have Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
· Have to Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
· Have the Understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
