Position Summary
Drive and execute a focused sales strategy for designated channel accounts, optimizing revenue and market share in alignment with the organization’s overarching business objectives. Cultivate a collaborative ecosystem rooted in trust and teamwork with channel partners to create a robust foundation for sustained sales growth. Actively contribute to the formulation of sales strategies and engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management and retail management teams, serving as a constructive challenger when necessary to ensure strategic alignment and innovation.Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of professionals, overseeing recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
- Set and achieve sales targets by channel, prioritizing sustainable business expansion while nurturing strategic partnerships with channel accounts and fostering a motivated, high-performing team culture.
- Develop comprehensive Account Plans and Sales Strategies based on in-depth analysis of assigned channels, market trends, competitive landscapes, and product portfolios.
- Execute sales initiatives in alignment with established strategies, ensuring target achievement through effective collaboration and relationship-building with channel partners.
- Monitor channel performance meticulously, proactively managing risks to uphold credibility and sustain long-term revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or channel management.
- Proven track record in e-commerce channel ( minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in problem-solving and strategic thinking, coupled with the capability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated resilience under pressure.
- Proficient in both verbal and written business English.
- Preferred background in the consumer electronics industry or a related field.
