As a Senior Digital Commercial Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work with Industrial Solutions cloud agnostic SaaS solutions leveraging advanced machine learning and AI technologies to uncover patterns from large data sets, enabling predictive action for multiple markets operations.

As a Senior Digital Commercial Manager, you will support the commercial execution of Industrial Solutions’ digital portfolio, including the SaaS Cordant suites. You will lead key commercial operations activities, assist with proposals and bids, negotiate contract terms with customers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
As a Sales Manager – Proposal (Digital), you will be responsible for:
Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offering
Owning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivity
Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance
Exhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectives
Recognizing contract essentials and escalate issues for appropriate resolution
Analyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, developing negotiation strategy and engaging with customers to close deals
Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Teaming with sales managers to develop new opportunities and define commercial strategy.
Collaborating across business boundaries to enable joint opportunities between legacy and joint product offering.

To be successful in this role, you need:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in business, marketing, or engineering.
Have at least 10 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial role in contract risk management and contract negotiations and interest in cloud-based software as a service, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously
Have interpersonal and leadership skills.
To be able to (or have experience) coordinating several projects simultaneously
Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
