About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive at Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. Based in the vibrant Hong Kong Wan Chai District, this full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

- Promote the plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.

- Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.

- Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.

- Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 2 years of sales experiences within the building material industry. Candidate with customer service experiences will also be considered.

- High diploma or above, prefer in marketing or engineering.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
