There may be additional responsibilities for electrification accounts through Danfoss’ decarbonization journey. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll play a key role in enabling Heavy Industry across complex applications, delivering solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing business outcomes. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Fully responsible for Vietnam Heavy Industry sales targets and growth plans and strategy. + Owner of customer/partner accounts, develop good customer service and relationship management. + Leverage Danfoss’ global and regional expertise to specify-in products and deliver high-value, competitive solutions. + Analyze market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and strengthen pipeline. + Setting up yearly sales budgets and strategies to meet the budgets. + Forecasting, keeping and updating rolling forecasts for every quarter. + Report weekly & monthly sales report to direct manager. + Compliance with legal statutes & company standards. + Clearly communicate value propositions for Danfoss products and solutions tailored to customer need **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering. + Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Performance driven – not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with teamwork. + Customer driven, and oriented with priority on company success and profits. + Energetic and self-motivated. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. + Fluent English and good communication skills. + Ability to work in matrix organization and with multiple stakeholders. **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
